"We held an event at the Sioux Falls Convention Center in September 2011 and occupied over 95% of the Convention Center for four days. Our group numbered over 600 people. The staff’s backgrounds and experience enabled us to host our attendees with a first class convention! Every detail you could imagine was planned for. We had numerous meetings and food offerings. The room set-up was exactly as planned, and many had extra flairs that the Convention Center folks surprised us with. The Convention Center staff was flexible and professional. The food selections were delicious and plentiful; the rooms were prepared and changed on time, and all the audio/video aids were timed correctly with no issues. "The Sioux Falls Convention Center has always gone above and beyond with every experience I’ve had in this facility and with their staff. In April the state student council convention was moved from its 20 year home in Pierre to the Sioux Falls Convention Center. This convention has 1200 participants and needs over a dozen meeting rooms. The staff was very professional and there was no detail left to chance. The event managers predicted all of our needs before we knew we had those needs. The food was excellent, and to top it off they were able to feed 1200 high school students in less than 25 minutes. This is a first class facility with a first class staff right here in Sioux Falls!"
